Becca recently ran a workshop with our team leads and line managers on burnout, which I'd highly recommend. It covered the science behind burnout, recovery and resilience. Much of it focused around workshop style exercises that gave the team a chance to think about each of these areas, and what we could be better doing to help, giving us some key takeaways to discuss more widely and/or implement. Very useful in terms of what you can do as an individual, or how you can better support your team to prevent burnout.
